Spring and Fall are great times to rest around a fire. During the summer, just lounging outside in a comfortable chair is great. During the colder months, you can warm up in a cozy spot in your home or in the front room of the sauna. This is the time to hydrate, close your eyes, and let your body relax.
I suggest 3 towels (one to sit on in the sauna, one to wipe off sweat, one to dry off after cold plunge). A blanket or robe to wrap in during rest period. Flip Flops especially during cold season, as your feet will be the coldest thing after they touch the ground. You could additionally bring fuzzy socks/slippers for extra warmth if your feet tend to get really cold. Water to hydrate. Leave jewelry at home!
The sauna can hold 4-6 people. 4 people most comfortable, 6 is cozy.
You will need a flat(ish) driveway with a working hose spicket within 100 feet. You must live within the Cincinnati area with easy access to your driveway. If you live off a main road, please let this be known before delivery. If you live out of the Cincinnati area, please contact me and we can see if arrangements can be made.
If you have any health condition or pregnant, consult your doctor. If you have a heart condition or diabetic it is not recommended to do the sauna or cold plunge, consult your doctor.
